Wendy's — Establishment and food at 1016 West Main Street, Branford, Connecticut.

I come here at least once a week (Wendy’s Wednesday!) and I always go though the drive through. I have yet to come home and see that my order is all there. They always forget something! Today they forgot the ranch dressing for my nuggets, ketchup, and spoon for my frosty. Often they will forget to give straws with the drinks or forget drinks or burgers entirely. I have to now sit at the window and methodically go through my order to make sure everything is there. What’s weird is that it’s not just one absent minded server - they must have a manager who doesn’t enforce or care about diligence at the drive through. Good clean Wendy’s but be prepared to spend a few extra minutes going through every item on your order and making sure your condiments, straws, napkins, and spoons are all there.

Stay away! Want a quick healthy(er) meal? Go to the grocery store!! Don't eat the salad/grilled chicken unless you feel like paying to be sick later!! Lettuce or chicken, something is foul. So much for a healthier dinner-on the go! They announced earlier their lettuce was for sure safe?!
