    Love R3 fitness! Trainers keep you motivated and workouts are at your pace at a time convenient for you.They focus on corrective movements using FMS and muscular strength and endurance with the variety of exercises given. Would give it 5 stars but it's a bit pricey although worth it. Also, no nutritional guidance or extensive cardio is included. After only 3.5 months, I feel stronger and more energetic.
