Exemplary! Premier did a great job on a recall for our 2006 Legacy passenger side airbag. Their work was fast and their team professional. When we noticed that our key fobs had stopped working after the replacement, Premier made no fuss about fixing the issue (a loose connection) and even provided us complimentary drop off and pick up. Other shops might have tried to make an extra profit off of a subsequent issue, but Premier was professional, courteous and generous in ensuring that we were thoroughly and conveniently served.
