You are always greeted with a genuine smile and hello. Sure there are many "spas" but none that offer that "thing" that makes you feel appreciated and satisfied like you do when you reach the desk to check out. I always make sure that I have my next appointment booked before I leave. All of the staff can and will provide you with that personal touch.
