I experienced delay after delay. No accountability and blamed my installer for the delays which was outrageous! And whomever is in charge of orders was the most arrogant, rude individual I have ever dealt with. I guess they only care about the big orders and not the little guy. And paying in full in advance does nothing to help your cause! Even when it is almost two months in advance! I will never do business with them again. Don't waste your time, smaller businesses will value your business more!
